This configuration is built around the HRAC carrier—a lightweight, modular base that serves as a foundation for professional duty use. The quick-detach cummerbund allows fast entry and removal, while maintaining full MOLLE-compatible functionality. The included Maximus Placard offers front-mounted access for critical items and ammunition.
This setup also incorporates Level IV ballistic plates designed to defeat common rifle threats, making the loadout suitable for high-risk duty roles and operational environments. From patrol assignments to response-ready deployment, this loadout equips users with a versatile and reliable armor solution.
HighCom Armor Guardian 4s17M Level IV Plate
The Guardian 4s17M is a stand-alone, multi-curve Level IV armor plate engineered for armor-piercing threat protection. Constructed using a ceramic strike surface combined with PE-based backing, this plate is DEA compliant and listed as NIJ 0101.06 Certified. It is widely used due to its balance of protection capability, multi-curve shaping, and long-term durability.
HRT HRAC Adaptive Carrier
The HRAC carrier is designed to deliver a flexible and operator-focused load-bearing platform. Made from 500D Cordura treated with protective coating, the carrier can be quickly adjusted and worn for extended use. The front panel includes direct attachment points compatible with Duraflex buckle-equipped placards, allowing instant change-outs between loadouts. Optional MOLLE and quick-release cummerbund systems expand attachment space for mission-specific pouches or plate pockets.
Quick-Release Cummerbund
The included quick-release cummerbund allows rapid donning and removal without sacrificing mounting capabilities. Using ROC hardware, the cummerbund opens quickly while maintaining stability under loaded conditions. It features three rows of PALS webbing for modular attachment and an internal section suitable for soft armor inserts. The fit accommodates a wide range of wearer sizes and is fully compatible with HRAC and RAC carriers.
Maximus Placard
The Maximus Placard is designed for direct connection to HRAC and RAC carriers using the integrated buckle mount system. It provides internal rifle mag storage for three M4-style magazines, along with two handgun magazine channels supported by stiffened retention inserts. Front-facing utility compartments offer zipper access storage for small tools and essentials. A hook backing aligns securely with the front carrier’s loop section for stable mounting.
