Refund Policy

All our products are covered by the respective manufacturer’s warranties. Please see the manufacturers websites for the most up-to-date version of their warranty policies. 

Please keep your proof of purchase if you ever feel you may need to make a warranty claim.

To start the warranty approval process please contact us with a description of the problem, detailed photographs and your proof of purchase. We will then review and contact the manufacturer to determine if your product issue is covered under their warranty.

If you believe have been wrongly billed or the invoice is unclear please contact immediately using out contact page.

Shipping Policy

Shipping Rates and Times

Shipping rates vary depending on region and are calculated when your shipping information is entered during the checkout process. Most orders ship within 5 business days from the time the order is placed. However for made-to-order items will have an estimated lead time. Please check the product page for information on the most up to date lead times or on your communications with your product specialist. Please note that lead times are estimated and Arctos has no power over market forces or geo-political events that may affect material availability or manufacturing times. Transit times for the delivery method you select do not include order processing time.

Inventory Level, Back Orders, and Pre-order Items

 Inventory Levels: Our website offers sizes, styles, and designs based on inventory available in all our warehouses combined. Therefore, there is the possibility that an item you purchase may not be available to ship to you. You will be contacted in 1-2 business days if you need to make a substitution onr if the lead time will be longer than stated on the product page.

Backorders: Most items available for purchase online will be in stock, however, due to fluctuations in internet sales, and variations in our warehouse inventories certain items may not be available. If your order contains an item that is on backorder, your order will not ship until the item is in stock. The amount of time for out of stock products to be replenished at our warehouses ranges from 3-5 weeks, but it may take longer depending on manufacturing schedules. Please contact us PRIOR to placing your order if you would like to know if the items you would like to buy are in stock. You will be charged for your ENTIRE order at the time of purchase.

Pre-order items: Products listed as a pre-order item online are not currently in stock. However, you will be charged for pre-order items at the time of checkout. If you place an order for multiple items that includes one or more pre-order items, the entire order will be held until it can be shipped complete.

Duties and Taxes

Canadian Orders – orders shipping to a Canadian address may ship from our Canadian warehouse or US warehouses and are subject to GST (as well as PST) or HST for provinces where applicable. 

U.S Orders – orders shipping to a U.S address are subject to applicable state taxes.
