Loadout Overview

The RAC Body Armor Loadout is built for operators who need a ready-to-deploy, adaptable system that supports high-threat environments without sacrificing mobility. This configuration brings together the RAC Plate Carrier, a rapid-release cummerbund, the Maximus front placard, and a pair of certified Level IV rifle plates — creating a streamlined solution for patrol, tactical entry, and high-risk operations.

Included Components

HighCom Guardian 4s17M — NIJ Level IV Plates

The Guardian 4s17M is a multi-curve, stand-alone Level IV plate engineered to defeat armor-piercing rifle threats. Built with a ceramic strike face and PE backing, this plate is DEA-compliant and fully NIJ 0101.06 certified. It delivers proven performance and durability at a weight and profile suitable for extended wear.

HRT RAC Plate Carrier

The RAC Plate Carrier is a lightweight, highly modular platform designed for multi-mission adaptability. Constructed from rugged 500D Cordura with a Teflon-treated finish, the carrier includes integrated attachment points for quick-mount placards, dual rear-zipper back panel options, and adjustable shoulder/waist straps for a secure and ergonomic fit.
Its dual-zipper rear panel system allows operators to attach hydration units, utility panels, or additional storage modules based on mission needs.

HRT Quick-Release Cummerbund

Built for speed and stability, the Quick-Release Cummerbund uses ROC buckles for rapid donning and doffing while maintaining full MOLLE capability. The three-row PALS webbing allows users to mount side plates, utility pouches, radios, or other load-carriage accessories.
An internal pocket accepts soft armor inserts, making the cummerbund both lightweight and protective. Compatible with both RAC and HRAC carriers.

HRT Maximus Placard

The Maximus Placard provides organized, front-mounted storage for essential items. It includes:

• Triple AR-style magazine inserts 
• Two pistol magazine pouches with polymer retention inserts 

Two zippered general-purpose pockets
The rear hook panel and Duraflex buckle system ensure secure mounting to RAC/HRAC carriers or any compatible platform. Constructed from 500D Cordura for long-term durability.
